Orders, Shipping & Delivery
1. Are the product prices all-inclusive?
Yes. Prices mentioned are inclusive of all costs and taxes. No hidden costs are added during check-out.
2. How long does it takes to deliver an order?
We attempt to deliver products purchased from our website in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Delivery time for orders will be 10-12 days.
3. Do you send orders worldwide?
Currently we do not offer shipping to locations out of India.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link containing information about the status of your order and will be updated for order tracking purpose.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the shipment information and the courier tracking number.
5. How can I place a bulk order?

Exchange, Return & Refund
1. Do you offer exchanges?
We have a 3 day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Please check the product description to see if it is eligible for exchange.
Eligible products can be exchanged with a different size of the same product, subject to availability. A product cannot be exchanged with a different product.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will be required to purchase an Exchange Voucher to cover return shipping & repacking of the eligible product and onward shipping of exchanged product. We’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as arrange to have your package shipped back. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange and purchasing the Exchange Voucher will not be accepted.
2. Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any items except for Exchanges or Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Can I expect a refund if my order is faulty or incorrect?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
